This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through platforms and services operated by HACKTUALIZ Inc. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law. You may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
3. Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at contact@hacktualiz.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Customized services, completed educational programs and certain digital downloads may not be eligible for refunds. Specific terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
